     What's in a name?

     The erotic writing world is up in arms. Not just the erotic writing world, the entire romance writing world. Why? Because an Ellora's Cave author has been outed. Her day job in jeopardy. Why? Because she writes the naughty.

     She used a pen name. Check. We can assume she was super secret safe with her identity, just like Bruce Wayne. So how did this happen? And why is it such a big deal? Is it illegal? No. Not in the United States. Not even in the Midwest.
     Are we ashamed of what we write? I'm not. And yet, I swore Guillermo to secrecy. Why? I'm afraid of the reaction of others. Why? Because of the very thing that's happening to one EC author right now. What do you think?
